The customer has the right to declare exchange of size or article after receiving the shipment by submitting a request for exchange to eshop@sls.bg.
1.Conditions of exchange
– The request for exchange of an article is submitted via e-mail eshop@sls.bg within 14 working days, considered from the date of receiving the order.
– The request must contain: phone for contact, article (articles) number which the customer wants to replace the goods with, the size, as well as the address where they want the goods to be sent after the exchange.
– The goods must be in perfect trade quality, original packing, original labels, with the original documents published by BULTRADE LTD, SLS – delivery note on bank transfer or with cash receipt.
– The customer must pay all the costs attended with the exchange of the goods – forward and return. The articles must be sent to address: 1407 Sofia, bul. Cherni Vrah 59B, SLS.
– In need of return of paid amounts to a person, who refuses the delivery, his three names and bank account will be needed, to whom the amount paid will be returned.
2. Claims
The customer has the right to decline the receiving of the item, when it`s delivered, according to (LPC) Law for the Protection of the Client.
The customer has the right within no more than 14 working days to return the received goods if they are defective. The customer won`t be taxed for transport costs.
Deadline for refund paid by cash.
– According to the orders of LPC, BULTRADE LTD, restores the customer`s paid amount within 14 days, considered from the date of purchase, as he claimed by letter (via email: eshop@sls.bg) or by word (on phone: +359 888 406 280), his tree names and bank account for the bank transfer.
