In 2025, Mizuno made a strong move in the football industry by signing Portuguese star João Félix as its global ambassador. This partnership is not just a standard sponsorship deal – Félix is actively involved in the development and testing of new products, especially football boots.

The biggest highlight of the collaboration is his first signature model – the Mizuno Alpha III João Félix, released in 2026. The design of the boots is inspired by his hometown of Viseu and incorporates elements from traditional Portuguese azulejo tiles. The color combination of white, gold, and pearlescent tones emphasizes the style and elegance Félix is known for on the pitch.

In addition to their appearance, the boots also impress with their technology – they are extremely lightweight, with a modern construction that provides comfort, speed, and ball control. This makes them ideal for players who rely on technique and creativity, just like Félix himself.

The partnership also includes a line of sportswear – hoodies, training pants, and T-shirts that combine functionality with modern street style. In this way, Mizuno not only strengthens its position in football but also builds a stronger presence in the lifestyle segment.
